EPC Project
EPC project includes Engineering, Procurement and Construction processes. In Engineering process, the basic design will be provided in the negotiation stage and the detailed design will be followed afterwards. The procurement process will be followed with purchasing machinery, inspection and transportation. The construction work will act as final stage and carry on throughout to the end EPC project. A total of 6 EPC projects have been handled by Black Pearl Engineering
Steel Fabrication & Erection
After acquiring the detailed design, the following services will be provided. Steel Fabrication process is the process of grinding, cutting, welding, bending, burning, drilling, punching and generally crafting various steel components. The efficiency of fabrication and erection in structural steel work dictates the success of any project involving steel-intensive construction.
Equipment Fabrication & Installation
The service starts when the imported or provided parts and equipment are handed over to us. They will be installed accordingly with the proposed detailed designs in given period to meet the client’s need. Moreover, if the parts or equipment that cannot be imported or provided, they will be fabricated as required due to necessity. It involves the creation of machines, parts and structures from various raw materials by cutting, bending and assembling.
Tailored Machineries
According to customers’ requirements, any machines, equipment or components are fabricated and installed as individual or add-ons. With given designs and procedures, these services can be carried out within adequate margin. Our pervious services are Hammer Mill for Bio Fertilizer Plant, Dryer, Incline Screw Conveyor, Trolley Unit for (Extraction Plant), and Filling Packing & Weighing Machine and so on
Process Piping & Industrial M&E Works
Process piping is used to convert liquids, chemicals, fuels, gases or other raw materials into usable products. Process piping service is commonly provided for the semiconductor, chemical, paper processing, petroleum refinery, and pharmaceutical and textile industries. Then , the industrial M&E work will be followed up with adequate procedures
Tanks & Vessels Fabrication & Erection
BPE provides any tanks and vessels fabrication and erection in order to contain liquids and for processing chemicals with respect to client demand. The volumes can either be gallons or liters which will be calculated accordingly. BPE has given this service with the most amount of 1 million gallons tank
